MagniSort? Mouse CD335 (NKp46) Positive Selection Kit 設計用于通過(guò)陽(yáng)性選擇實(shí)現 CD335+ 細胞的磁性分離。它經(jīng)過(guò)優(yōu)化，可利用生物素化的抗小鼠 CD335+ 抗體和鏈霉素親和素包被磁珠從小鼠脾臟或者淋巴結中分離 CD335+ 細胞。CD335+ 細胞會(huì )與抗體結合，隨后結合至磁珠。將其放入磁場(chǎng)中，非目標細胞可通過(guò)傾析從 CD335+ 細胞中分離出來(lái)。

陽(yáng)性選擇后，可通過(guò)在 C57BL、FVB/N 和 NZB 小鼠中用抗小鼠 CD49b（整合素 α 2）克隆 DX5 或抗小鼠 NK1.1 克隆 PK136 染色來(lái)驗證所選細胞的純度。
