MagniSort? Human Hematopoietic Lineage Depletion Kit 設計用于從正常人外周血單核細胞中通過(guò)磁力去除陽(yáng)性譜系細胞。該試劑盒采用生物素化抗體混合物和鏈霉素親和素包被磁珠。非目標細胞（包括 T 細胞、B 細胞、NK 細胞、髓樣細胞、粒細胞和紅血細胞）將由抗體結合，隨后結合至磁珠，若將其放入磁場(chǎng)，溶液中會(huì )留下未接觸的游離陰性譜系細胞。
